Bel Air Glen is located near the crest of the Santa Monica Mountains, just south of Mulholland Drive and east of Beverly Glen Blvd. The community sits along the eastern fringe of Bel Air bordering the 90210 zip code. Six base floor plans were developed, all of which feature two story homes with two car direct access garages. Monthly HOA fees are low and the neighborhood offers one of the most affordable points of entry into the Bel Air real estate market.
