Bel Air Ridge (formerly known as Glenridge) encompasses two pockets of residential development on opposite sides of Beverly Glen Blvd. The East and West sections of the neighborhood are overseen by a single homeowners association and share common amenities. Bel Air Ridge offers a rare mix of townhouses interspersed with blocks of single family homes. Homes that have views enjoy vistas of the surrounding mountains with occassional peeks of the ocean and L.A. basin. Sidewalks encourage residents to stroll the community, or walk to shops, restaurants, or the Saturday farmer's market at the nearby Glen Centre.
The Bel Air Ridge Homeowners Association (BARHOA) maintains a robust selection of amenities which all residents are free to enjoy. The West section hosts a clubhouse and the main swimming pool (heated year round), 4 lighted tennis courts, and the tennis pro shop. The East section is home to a satellite pool (heated April through October), 3 lighted tennis courts and the community fitness facility which boasts a weight room, an exercise room, an aerobics room, and 2 racquetball courts. In addition to the aforementioned amenities, the BARHOA retains the services of a 24/7 security patrol. For further information on the BARHOA please visit their website.
