The Bentley Area is a small, self contained neighborhood sitting just north of Sunset Blvd and east of Bel Air's west gate and the Bel Air Country Club. A lack of through streets prevent non resident traffic from using the neighborhoood as a cut across to other parts of lower Bel Air. Many homes in the neighborhood boast sweeping views of the ocean, Getty Center, city lights, and Bel Air Country Club. The majority of residences fall within the $3.5MM to $6.5MM price range, with approximately a half dozen estates commanding higher values. Properties in the Bentley Area rarely come up for sale, with 1-3 listings hitting the market per year over the last decade. The majority of homes offer pools and approximately half are gated. A handful of properties with tennis courts and/or detached guest houses are scattered throughout the community.  

In line with other Sunset adjacent neighborhoods, the Bentley area affords residents easy access to the 405 Freeway, Brentwood, and Beverly Hills. All the shopping, dining, and retail options of Westwood Village are just minutes away, as is the UCLA campus.
