Beverly Park is arguably the most prestigious guard gated community in Los Angeles, if not the entire country. The 250 acre development is divided into two sections, North Beverly Park and South Beverly Park. The land comprising Beverly Park occupies a partial plateau in the Santa Monica Mountains, immediately south of Mulholland Drive between Benedict and Coldwater Canyons. Privacy and security are treated with utmost importance. Entrances are manned 24/7 with additional roaming patrols. Each residence is further secured by a second set of private gates. In a city plagued by paparazzi, the neighborhood airspace is protected by a no fly zone.
