The Glenridge Area is an unofficial name referring to the pocket of homes adjacent to the Bel Air Ridge (formerly Glenridge) planned development. The moniker was traditionally used to refer to homes along Tiffany and Beverly Glen Circles that were not part of the surrounding homeowner associations. For the purpose of this page and the statistics below, the area also includes homes along the south side of Mulholland Drive. The community defines the northeast corner of Bel Air and sits at the crest of the Santa Monica Mountains.

Homes in the neighborhood vary significantly in size; those built prior to the 1980s generally top out at 4,000 s.f. while newer construction ranges in size from 4,000 s.f. to over 9,000 s.f.. Architectural styles in the neighborhood vary but new construction has trended heavily Meditteranean since the late 1990s. Properties with canyon views are common, while many homes on elevated lots enjoy sight lines of the the city and/or Pacific in the distance. The focal point of the community is Glen Centre which offers residents immediate proximity to a small market, deli, restaurants, and residential serving retail shops. The Centre also hosts a weekly farmer's market every Saturday from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.
