Oak Pass is a private community within the Beverly Hills Post Office, east of Benedict Canyon and west of North Beverly Park. Coveted for privacy and seclusion, the neighborhood is a wooded oasis with residences tucked between mature trees and undulating hills. All homes are situated off of Oak Pass Road , a winding thoroughfare bookended by two sets of unmanned gates at Antelope Road (lower gate) and Highridge Place (upper gate).
Properties in Oak Pass run the gamut in terms of size. Approximately half of homes fall in the 3,000 s.f. to 6,000 s.f. range. The other half are a mix of modest 2-3 bedroom houses and sizeable estates. Scenic mountain and canyon views pervade the community, which experiences a two hundred foot elevation change between the two gates. Approximately two thirds of homes have pools and a quarter offer guest houses.
The Oak Pass Road Association (OPRA) oversees maintenance of the gates, intercom, and road over which all homeowners have nonexclusive easements. For more information regarding the OPRHA please visit their website.
